Therapy with me focuses on understanding what is happening in your life and how past experiences and relationships continue to shape the present. Our work is collaborative and reflective, with space to explore both what feels easier and what is harder to face. We will pay attention to patterns that may be keeping you stuck, including those that show up in relationships, self-talk, and how you make sense of your experiences.

I show up grounded and genuine, offering a space for honest conversation and thoughtful challenge. That might look like naming things directly, being curious about what is underneath the surface, or gently questioning what no longer fits. Together, we will work toward a deeper understanding of your experiences and what feels meaningful moving forward.

With over 20 years of experience as a nurse before becoming a clinical counsellor, Renee brings a strong understanding of how life’s challenges affect health, relationships, and sense of self. Her work draws on both medical insight and a compassionate, thoughtful approach to therapy.

Renee’s approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, supporting you in making sense of your experiences, rebuilding trust in yourself and others, and working toward steady, lasting change.
